VSM - vintage style spider type elastic studio shockmounts. Hand made of solid brass shockmounts eliminate microphone's unwanted low frequency vibrations. Many of the vintage microphones never had that style shockmount offered. Shockmounts have a traditional look and different size (30, 40, 42, 50, 60 and conical) inner barrels to fit listed microphones. The large handy thumbscrew assembly helps positioning of your microphone

Violet Design handmade microphones have been on Pro Audio market for the past 10 years. We have extend our warranty to 10 years, because we are confident that Violet microphones are the most durable on the market.

We are also extending warranty on those microphones that were sold before 2007 (for which the 5 year warranty has already been expired)
