Violet Design Microphones accepts PayPal on both online and telephone orders. Pay directly from your PayPal balance or linked bank account, or charge it to your credit card. Pay without revealing your credit card or bank account numbers.

RETURNS:
If you return your purchase, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
If there is a problem with your order, call Violet Design Microphones immediately. We will take care of you no matter what.
If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (14 days). If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
In rare cases it's possible that a product has a manufacturing defect. If you believe you've received a defective product, the first thing you should do is contact Violet Design Microphones. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase we will cover shipping costs to replace the unit for you.
